The DU Sports Analytics Lab is an interdisciplinary research center at the University of Denver dedicated to applying data and analytics to sports-related questions. The lab investigates topics including player performance metrics, talent recruitment, bias in sports evaluation, injury prevention, and comparative analysis across various competitive levels.
Co-directed with Ryan Elmore, the lab is a joint initiative between the Department of Business Information & Analytics (Daniels College of Business) and the Department of Computer Science (Ritchie School of Engineering & Computer Science).
